Sprintax is proud to announce our new partnership with the University of Economics – Varna as part of their long-running IT Master Class initiative.
This summer, our team in Varna joined forces with the university to help bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world software development.
What is the IT Master Class?
The IT Master Class is an intensive summer programme designed to give students practical experience in a business environment.
Now in its 12th edition, the programme brings together top-performing students from IT-related disciplines and pairs them with leading employers in the tech sector.
This year, Sprintax is supporting the class – and the University of Economics more broadly – by mentoring students, delivering technical workshops, and offering paid internships within our Varna-based development teams.
Talent meets opportunity
More than 50 students from the Bachelor’s programmes in Informatics & Computer Science and Mobile & Web Technologies applied for this year’s IT Master Class. Following a competitive selection process, 14 students were chosen to participate in the programme.
As part of their summer internship at Sprintax, participants are gaining hands-on experience in one of three key technology tracks:
- .NET
- PHP
- Frontend Development
Under the guidance of our experienced engineers, students are working in real product teams and contributing to projects that have a global impact.
Learning from the experts
Throughout the programme, Sprintax mentors are hosting workshops, sharing best practices, and helping students to strengthen their technical and communication skills.
The Master Class also gives participants a chance to explore life inside an international tech company- and understand what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
At the end of the programme, students receive detailed feedback and personalized evaluations from their Sprintax mentors.
